END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is licensed to You (the "End-User") by WadiGo ("Licensor"), located at Alwadi Algadid, Egypt. By downloading the WadiGo Application from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and any updates thereto (as permitted by this License Agreement), You indicate Your agreement to be bound by all terms and conditions of this Agreement.
The parties of this Agreement acknowledge that Apple and/or Google Play is not a party to this Agreement and is not bound by any provisions or obligations with regard to the Application, such as warranty, liability, maintenance, and support. WadiGo, not Apple or Google Play, is solely responsible for the licensed Application and the content thereof.
This Agreement may not provide for usage rules for the Application that conflict with the latest App Store Terms of Service. WadiGo acknowledges that it had the opportunity to review said terms and this Agreement does not conflict with them.
All rights not expressly granted to You are reserved.
WadiGo (hereinafter: "Application") is a rideshare platform customized for Apple and Android mobile devices, enabling users to connect riders to drivers to travel from point A to B with a push of a button.
The Application is not tailored to comply with industry-specific regulations (e.g., HIPAA, FISMA), so if Your interactions would be subject to such laws, You may not use the Application. You may not use the Application in a way that would violate the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA).
2.1 You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable license to install and use the licensed Application on Apple-branded or Google products You own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in this section and the App Store Terms of Service. The licensed Application may be accessed and used by other accounts associated with You via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.
2.2 This license will also apply to any updates provided by WadiGo that replace, repair, or supplement the first Application unless a separate license is provided for such updates.
2.3 You may not share or make the Application available to third parties (unless permitted by Apple Terms and Conditions and with prior written consent from WadiGo), sell, rent, lend, lease, or redistribute the Application.
2.4 You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, combine, create derivative works, or attempt to derive the source code of the Application.
2.5 You may not copy (except when expressly authorized by this license) or alter the Application. You may create and store copies on devices You own for backup purposes.
2.6 Violations of these obligations may lead to legal prosecution and damages.
2.7 WadiGo reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of licensing at any time.
3.1 WadiGo will make reasonable efforts to keep the Application updated with new firmware and hardware versions. However, You are responsible for ensuring the device satisfies technical requirements.
3.2 WadiGo reserves the right to modify technical specifications as deemed appropriate.
4.1 WadiGo is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services. Contact WadiGo at the email listed in the App Store or Google Play Overview for assistance.
4.2 Apple and Google Play have no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the Application.
You acknowledge that WadiGo may access and adjust Your downloaded content and personal information. The use of such data is subject to WadiGo's privacy policy, which can be found at WadiGo Privacy Policy.
The Application may allow you to chat, contribute, or submit content, including but not limited to text, videos, photos, and comments ("Contributions"). You represent and warrant that:
Any violation of these terms may result in suspension of your rights to use the Application.
By posting Contributions, You grant WadiGo a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and distribute your Contributions as necessary.
8.1 WadiGo's liability for breach of obligations and tort shall be limited to intent and gross negligence, except in cases of death, injury, or harm to health.
8.2 You are responsible for any damages resulting from the unauthorized modification of the Application.
9.1 WadiGo warrants that the Application is free of malware at the time of download and functions as described in the user documentation.
9.2 No warranty is provided for the Application if modified by You or if used with incompatible hardware or software.
WadiGo is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the Application's possession or use, including product liability, consumer protection, and privacy claims.
You represent and warrant that You are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo, nor are You listed on any prohibited party list.

This license is valid until terminated by WadiGo or You. Your rights to use the Application will terminate automatically if You fail to adhere to the terms of this license.
14. THIRD-PARTY TERMS OF AGREEMENTS AND BENEFICIARY
WadiGo represents and warrants that it will comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the licensed Application.
In accordance with Section 9 of the "Instructions for Minimum Terms of Developer's End-User License Agreement," Apple and its subsidiaries shall be third-party beneficiaries of this End User License Agreement. Upon Your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this license agreement, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this End User License Agreement against You as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
Additionally, Google and its subsidiaries shall also be third-party beneficiaries of this End User License Agreement. Upon Your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this license agreement, Google will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this End User License Agreement against You as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
WadiGo retains ownership of all intellectual property related to the Application. Any infringement claims will be handled solely by WadiGo, not Apple or Google.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Egypt, excluding its conflicts of law rules.
17.1 If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
17.2 Any changes to this Agreement must be made in writing.
